Job summary

Constellation is recruiting Initial License Trainees (ILTs) to become licensed Senior Reactor Operators (SRO) at the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station in Cordova, IL. You will train to supervise the reactor control room and manage licensed operators under NRC guidance.

The program leads to full SRO licensure with opportunities for advancement, a competitive compensation package with relocation support and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Need Reactor Operator license or equivalent with substantial hands-on nuclear experience.
• Current or prior SRO instructor certification.
• Engineering degree or professional engineer license and related supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) including classroom and on-the-job training.
• Complete all training phases to obtain an SRO license and supervise licensed operators.
• Perform duties as directed, including emergency response, outage support, and shift coverage.
