Job summary

Constellation seeks Initial License Trainees (ILT) to become a licensed Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) supporting Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station in Cordova, IL. The role trains you to supervise licensed reactor operators and bargaining unit staff in the control room.

Post‑training, you will be NRC‑licensed and prepared to supervise operations, with potential for shift coverage and related duties across the department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reactor Operator license or equivalent certification preferred.
• Engineering degree or professional license strengthens candidacy.

Responsibilities

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) with classroom and on‑the‑job training.
• Complete phases of training to obtain an SRO license to supervise licensed reactor operators.
• Support outage activities and emergency response per company policy.
