Job summary

NinjaOne is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, React to help build a new Endpoint State and Control team from the ground up. You’ll shape architecture, conventions, and component patterns, owning frontend design from day one.

You’ll work mainly in React and TypeScript, driving UI architecture, state management, and testing strategy while influencing the API contracts your UI depends on. This role offers hybrid remote options in the USA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of frontend engineering experience with React and TS.
• Experience building complex, data-driven UI from scratch.
• Proficiency with server-state management (TanStack Query) and testing.
• Comfort translating designs (Figma) into production UI with UX input.
• Ability to lead end-to-end technical design including API contracts.

Responsibilities

• Design and build new frontend surfaces for the Endpoint State and Control team from scratch.
• Lead UI technical design end-to-end, define API contracts with backend engineers.
• Translate Figma designs into production-ready UI with feasibility input.
• Write and maintain unit/integration tests (Jest, RTL).
• Establish patterns, standards, and shared components for the team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, design, and product managers.
• Introduce AI tools to speed development where effective.
