Job summary

PrizePicks is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for our Checkout & Gameplay team to own features in our React Native mobile app. You will design, build, and mentor across the mobile stack, delivering high-quality experiences to millions of users.

You’ll work on performance, deployment, and architectural decisions while collaborating with product, design, QA, and other engineering teams. We welcome remote applicants and Atlanta-area candidates for this role.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on React Native.
Strong TypeScript proficiency and production code discipline.
Experience with mobile architectures, performance, and deployment.
Experience with Expo and mobile testing strategies.

Responsibilities

Design and build mobile features in our React Native app with a focus on performance and accessibility.
Own end-to-end delivery from requirements through deployment and monitoring.
Mentor junior engineers through reviews, pairing, and guidance.
Drive architectural decisions and improve mobile deployment practices.
Collaborate with product, design, QA, and other teams to translate goals into technical solutions.
Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to reliability improvements.
