PrizePicks is hiring a Software Engineer III to join the Account Services team. You will own features end‑to‑end, write high‑quality TypeScript/React Native code, and contribute to architecture decisions in a fully remote environment across the US.

You will guide junior engineers, collaborate with product/design/QA, and participate in on‑call rotations while focusing on performance, accessibility, and developer experience. Our team serves millions of users daily.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience with React or React Native
• Experience delivering complex features within a software team to drive business outcomes
• Experience breaking down ambiguous requirements into concrete technical plans
• Exposure to large‑scale, high‑traffic applications and mobile experiences serving millions of users

Responsibilities

• Own feature development end‑to‑end from design through delivery
• Write TypeScript and React Native code that is clean, performant, and well‑tested
• Contribute to team architecture decisions around components, state, navigation, and performance
• Identify opportunities to improve app performance, code quality, accessibility, and developer experience
• Guide junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and design feedback
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA to align goals with implementation
• Participate in on‑call rotation and contribute to root cause analysis
• Document technical decisions and architecture to strengthen team knowledge
