Clever Benefits is building the tech that makes healthcare feel less like a headache. We package telemedicine services into custom-branded mobile apps and build the CRMs that power day-to-day operations for our clients.

We're hiring a Senior React Native Engineer to own and scale mobile experiences across a portfolio of client apps, with end-to-end ownership from scoping to production support. The role is based in Phoenix, AZ, and collaborates directly with leadership and clients to balance

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and shipping production mobile apps with React Native and TypeScript.
• Shipped apps to App Store and Google Play with release management.
• Experience with native iOS/Android, Xcode/Android Studio, and platform-specific issues.
• Strong focus on system design, code quality, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Own mobile features from scoping to delivery and stakeholder gathering.
• Manage full release cycle: versioning, pipelines, app store submissions, reviews, rollbacks.
• Build and maintain shared mobile architecture across client apps.
• Debug RN and native boundary; stay ahead of platform requirements.
• Contribute to system design and engineering standards.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate to solve challenges.
