Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Senior Energy Engineer to lead RCx projects for commercial and industrial clients, focusing on Indiana with possible assignments in nearby states. You will evaluate building systems, analyze BAS data, develop energy conservation measures, and support implementation through measurement and verification and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in energy efficiency or RCx.
• Strong knowledge of BAS and energy conservation measures.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCx projects for commercial and industrial customers from engagement to reporting.
• Conduct facility assessments and evaluate energy systems for improvement opportunities.
• Analyze BAS data, trends, and control sequences to identify ECMs.
• Develop RCx measures with savings calculations and cost-effectiveness analysis.
• Prepare technical RCx studies, reports, and implement support.
• Collaborate with facility staff, customers, and contractors to implement measures.
