Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Senior Energy Engineer to lead RCx projects for commercial and industrial clients, with a preferred Indiana location and consideration for KY/TN. You will work with customers, facility staff, and program teams to assess systems, develop energy conservation measures, calculate savings, and verify results.

The role requires strong RCx/optimization experience, BAS analysis, and proficiency in energy efficiency programs.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Mechanical or Energy Engineering.
• Significant RCx investigations leadership in commercial/industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCx and building optimization projects from engagement to reporting.
• Perform site investigations and facility walk-throughs to identify energy opportunities.
• Analyze BAS, HVAC, and control sequences to identify ECMs.
• Develop RCx measures with savings, costs, payback and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare RCx studies and technical reports documenting conditions and opportunities.
• Collaborate with facility staff and contractors to implement recommended measures.
• Support M&V activities to verify savings and project results.
• Maintain project documentation and milestones.
