Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Technical Services Engineer I to support IS project delivery within the TS team. You will provide technical direction for energy conservation measures during RCx, collaborating with engineers of record to optimize systems and ensure project outcomes across all phases of commissioning.

This role requires deep MEP design and building automation expertise, with responsibilities including site surveys, development of energy strategies, reviews of RFPs, and mentorship of TS

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro-commissioning.
• Professional Mechanical Engineering (PE) license.
• Possesses expert technical knowledge of the subject matter.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and Customer/Client orientation.
• Leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor others.
• Ability to problem solve and analyze complex systems.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects with competing deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead site surveys to determine facility conditions and the requirements to complete the scope of work.
• Develop energy conservation strategies for RCx and assist design team with integration of energy management strategies.
• Review RFPs for equipment/services procurement to ensure project outcomes are met.
• Collaborate with engineering of projects in line with best practices and company standards.
• Assist in review of submittals for conformance with contract documents and outcomes.
• Conduct commissioning and occasional peer reviews of design documents.
• Advise project team on technical and resource requirements to meet outcomes.
