Job summary

CentralReach is recruiting a Senior Product Manager to help grow the CR Essentials platform, focusing on revenue cycle management and practice management across healthcare settings. You will translate complex billing and clinical workflows into scalable product solutions and own end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced, ambiguity-rich environment.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Billing, Customer Success, and Support teams to drive metrics on efficiency, accuracy, and customer

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in product management, preferably in claims management, healthcare or workflow-intensive B2B software.
• Strong understanding of practice management and payer workflows (scheduling, authorizations, billing, reporting).
• Experience designing for healthcare and billing professionals.
• Experience leveraging AI tools in product management and developing AI-based capabilities.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the CR Essentials product strategy (RCM and practice management).
• Own execution for key areas from discovery through delivery.
• Balance complex care practice needs with a lightweight user experience.
• Translate clinical, operational, and billing workflows into scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Billing, Customer Success, and Support.
• Define and track success metrics focused on efficiency, accuracy, and customer impact.
• Leverage AI tools and work with AI experts to evolve product capabilities.
