Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Continuous Improvement RBS Site Leader Senior for our Twinsburg, OH location. This role leads a cross‑functional team to drive SQDCG improvements and applies Regal Business System tools to deliver top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.

You will develop and implement short- and long-term plans, coach teams in Lean concepts (80/20, Kaizen), and ensure a safe, compliant operation while partnering with site management to meet growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience
• Proven successful applications of multiple CI tools: 80/20, Value Stream Mapping, 6S, Flow, Standard Work, Visual Management, and Problem Solving
• Ability to lead and teach a site with a bias for action and a say-do mindset
• Critical thinking to identify problem areas and potential solutions
• Demonstrates Regal Rexnord Values

Responsibilities

• Partner with EHS manager to lead a safe work environment and drive EHS metrics
• Develop and implement plans to achieve site objectives and financial targets
• Provide SME across the organization to assess processes and gaps
• Lead and implement process improvement across the value stream using lean concepts
• Manage Regal Business System review process to prioritize improvement initiatives
• Coach, mentor, and train site/functional members on CI methods
• Engage and communicate with all levels of the organization
• Drive long-term improvement actions while meeting current performance needs
• Analyze and act on SQDCG and financial metrics for improvements
