Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Site Continuous Improvement Leader to drive a steady pipeline of business process improvements that support the site’s strategic objectives. You will lead the site in applying Regal Business System (RBS) tools and standards to deliver measurable results and financial performance.

In collaboration with the Plant Manager and leadership team, you will drive SQDCG improvements, coach teams, and ensure effective problem solving across the plant floor.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering/science/math or technical field; Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 7+ years in DBS or mixed‑model, low‑volume/high‑mix environments.
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.
• Ability to measure site CI performance, KPIs and savings.
• Experience with lean maturity models.

Responsibilities

• Drive CI initiatives aligned with SQDCG and financial targets.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager and leadership to prioritize improvements.
• Lead and coach teams on RBS tools and continuous improvement methods.
• Manage RBS review process for initiatives (Policy Deployment, Kaizens, Projects).
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
