Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and at least 7 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and continuous improvement abilities are essential for supporting operational performance and financial success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience with the Danaher Business System or in mixed-model production environments.
• Demonstrated ability to coach employees on effective standards and structured problem-solving methods.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Support the organization in achieving SQDCG through application of RBS tools.
• Lead and implement process improvements across the value stream.
• Analyze SQDCG and financial metrics to develop impactful improvement strategies.
