Job summary

Proper Voltage is building next-gen battery systems for robotics, data centers, and defense. The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning will own rolling demand forecasts, capacity planning across contract manufacturers, and the daily execution of materials readiness to keep builds unblocked as volume grows.

You’ll work closely with sales, engineering, contract manufacturers, and our cell supplier, evolving from an individual contributor toward leading a broader planning function as the team

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain planning, S&OP, or demand planning in hardware or industrial products.
• Hands-on experience standing up an S&OP or demand-capacity planning process from scratch.
• Experience reconciling demand forecasts with manufacturing or supplier capacity.

Responsibilities

• Build the initial planning cadence and tooling from scratch: rolling forecast, capacity model, recurring review cycle.
• Partner with sales and engineering to translate forecast into supply and capacity plan.
• Run scenario planning to provide leadership with options before decisions are needed.
• Own long-lead cell capacity planning in partnership with cell procurement.
• Own day-to-day materials execution: track material readiness, place and expedite POs, coordinate with CM.
