Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Lead to support the New Glenn program. You will guide Range Safety compliance, manage regulatory relationships, and contribute to ground safety products for this heavy-lift launch vehicle.

The role requires collaboration across teams, excellent communication, and a strong track record in aerospace programs and product ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent technical field
• Meaningful experience with Range Safety requirements (e.g., SSCMAN91-710)
• Proven experience with large-scale aerospace development programs
• Strong project management and resource planning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong track record of product ownership
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance efforts for the New Glenn program with US Space Force deltas.
• Develop and maintain critical ground safety compliance products for the launch vehicle program.
• Foster positive relationships across the program and with government partners.
• Plan and execute across multiple technical domains while delivering results.
