Job summary

Blue Origin in Colorado is seeking an experienced program manager to lead regulatory compliance for the New Glenn program, collaborating with the US Space Force and internal teams to ensure safety standards are met.

You will develop and maintain critical ground safety deliverables, coordinate across multiple technical domains, and drive planning, communication, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment to support range safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering or an equivalent technical management field.
• Meaningful and demonstrable experience with Range Safety requirements (e.g., SSCMAN 91-710).
• Proven experience with large-scale development aerospace programs.
• Solid understanding of project management and resource planning practices.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Excellent judgement and high-velocity decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong track record of product ownership.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
