Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a seasoned engineer with a strong background in range safety, project management, and product ownership to support regulatory compliance for the New Glenn program with US Space Force partners. You will develop critical ground safety compliance products and coordinate across teams to ensure successful program outcomes.

The role requires collaboration, proactive planning across technical domains, and the ability to communicate complex results clearly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering or an equivalent technical management field.
• Meaningful and demonstrable experience with Range Safety requirements (e.g., SSCMAN 91-710).
• Proven experience with large‑scale development aerospace programs.
• Solid understanding of project management and resource planning practices.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Excellent judgement and high‑velocity decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong track record of product ownership.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance efforts for the New Glenn program with US Space Force partners.
• Develop and maintain critical ground safety compliance products for launch vehicle programs.
• Plan and deliver results across multiple technical domains and stakeholders.
