Job summary

Ericsson in Plano, TX is seeking a Customer Solution Responsible (CSR) to shape and drive RAN software initiatives for AT&T. You will partner with senior stakeholders, translate complex requirements, and align Ericsson product lines with customer needs.

This full‑time role emphasizes strategic advisory, cross‑functional leadership, and delivery of critical features across LTE, 5G, Cloud RAN, and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in technology, solutions, or product management within telecommunications or ICT.
• Substantial experience with Ericsson networks and RAN software.
• Ability to influence roadmaps, deployment strategies, and development priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance RAN software requirements and priorities with AT&T.
• Serve as primary CSR for AT&T RAN initiatives across LTE, 5G, Cloud RAN, AI, and automation.
• Build trusted relationships with AT&T stakeholders across CTO, engineering, and operations.
• Communicate Ericsson’s strategy and differentiators to position Ericsson as a preferred partner.
• Capture and manage customer requirements with cross‑Ericsson alignment.
• Ensure solution feasibility, risk management, and execution readiness throughout engagements.
• Coordinate priorities and FOA processes to deliver timely features.
• Develop network evolution strategies aligning with AT&T service goals.
