Responsibilities

• Contribute to RFx responses, tenders, and proposals.
• Engage customers to align needs with Ericsson solutions.
• Serve as technical lead for trials and solution readiness programs.
• Perform techno‑commercial market analysis on trends and customer requirements.
• Interface with product management to ensure offerings meet customer needs.
• Lead product discussions with Customer Unit teams focusing on network capacity and KPIs.
• Generate leads and develop customer business cases and opportunities.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and thought leadership across communities within Ericsson.
