Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Systems Integration Manager - Rail & Transit to lead complex rail projects. You will develop the system integration plan, manage interfaces among stakeholders, and ensure compatibility across subsystems.

Responsibilities include defining test strategies, guiding risk management, mentoring engineers, and potentially managing routine to semi-complex projects with budgeting and scheduling duties. A B.S./M.S.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years of systems integration experience in rail.
• P.E. license preferred.
• INCOSE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the system integration plan for the project in compliance with all applicable requirements.
• Manage interfaces between stakeholders and resolve conflicts between interfaces.
• Develop requirements from references, standards, and certification inputs and ensure compatibility across all subsystems.
• Define the system integration test strategy and supervise system integration testing.
• Identify project risks regarding the system engineering process, interfaces and requirements with mitigation plans.
• Act as technical consultant, solving major problems and guiding engineering standards.
