Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience focused on requirements management or systems integration for rail and transit projects.
• 10 years of experience in rail and transit preferred.
• Familiarity with AREMA, IEEE, FRA, FTA safety certification processes.
• Strong technical writing and communications skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in identification, definition, and management of railway subsystems requirements (signalling, train control, communications, SCADA).
• Develop and implement requirements management plans, specifications, and verification/validation strategies for large transit projects.
• Provide technical leadership in elicitation, traceability, risk analysis, and change control per industry standards.
• Act as primary technical liaison with clients, regulatory agencies, and third-party vendors.
• May serve as project manager for routine to complex requirements management projects including budgeting and scheduling.
