AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Requirements Management Lead for Rail & Transit in Lynnwood, WA. You will guide cross-functional teams to capture, manage, and validate requirements across subsystems including signalling, train control, and SCADA, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will develop management plans, define specifications, and oversee verification/validation activities, while collaborating with clients, regulators, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience focused on requirements management or systems integration for rail and transit projects.
• 10 years of experience in rail and transit is preferred.
• Familiarity with industry standards (AREMA, IEEE, FRA, FTA) and safety certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in identification, definition, and management of requirements for rail and transit subsystems such as signalling, train control, communications, and SCADA.
• Develop and implement requirements management plans, specifications, and verification/validation strategies for large-scale transit projects.
• Provide technical leadership in elicitation, traceability, risk analysis, and change control per industry standards.
