AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Systems Integration Manager - Rail & Transit to lead systems integration for rail projects in Lynnwood, WA. The role focuses on planning, interface management, requirements derivation, testing strategy, risk handling, and technical leadership.

The candidate should have a B.S./M.S. in Engineering with 10+ years in rail systems integration; a P.E. license and INCOSE certification are preferred. Competitive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Develop the system integration plan for the project in compliance with all applicable requirements.
• Manage interfaces between stakeholders and resolve conflicts between interfaces.
• Develop requirements from references, standards, and certification inputs and ensure compatibility across subsystems.
• Define the system integration test strategy and supervise system integration testing.
• Identify key project risks and ensure mitigation of those risks.
• Serve as technical consultant, solving major technical problems and developing standards.
