Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a Construction Management/Inspection - Facilities professional for projects including rail/transit. You will ensure work aligns with contract documents, mentor junior staff, and oversee scope, schedule, and budget across assigned projects.

The role requires a PE in VA/MD/DC, 15+ years of construction experience, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, Power BI, and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, architectural or a related field.
• 15+ years’ experience in a construction related discipline.
• Registered Professional Engineer in VA, MD, or DC.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 including Power BI, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Develop Project Management Plans (PMP) for assigned projects.
• Provide construction management oversight during all phases of the project.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Prepare and update cost estimates and budgets.
• Coordinate and interface with the client and project team.
• Lead and manage team members with coaching and performance management.
