Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a construction related discipline
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture or related field
• Registered Professional Engineer in VA, MD, or DC
• Experience with Microsoft 365 including Power BI and Procore

Responsibilities

• Provide construction project oversight for rail/transit clients
• Create and maintain project schedules
• Prepare and update cost estimates and budgets
• Assist in performing constructability reviews
• Respond to contractor letters and notices
• Develop and implement project-specific QA programs
• Submit monthly progress reports and meeting minutes
• Coordinate with client and project team
