Alfred Benesch & Company is seeking a Railroad Civil/Track Designer II to join the Civil/Track Design team within the Railroad Services group. You will work with Project Managers, Engineers, and Technicians to deliver track and civil design plans and cost estimates for freight and commuter rail projects.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, up to four years of related experience, and knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D; MicroStation InRoads/OpenRoads is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• EIT/FE exam completed or able to complete within six months.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; MicroStation/InRoads/OpenRoads is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to creation of track and civil design plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Technicians on rail projects.
• Support design work across Class I, short line, and commuter rail projects.
