Zusammenfassung

RailWorks Corporation is seeking a Construction Project Manager to coordinate all aspects of large-scale construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. You will supervise onsite staff, manage resources, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.

Qualified candidates have at least 5 years in heavy civil construction, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership and client-relations skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience in heavy civil environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Project Management; advanced degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in project accounting, controls, material and contract management, safety and quality.

• Review project proposals to determine time frames, staffing, and resources.
• Coordinate with department managers to establish work plans for each phase.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and project specifications.
• Monitor project costs and schedules; supervise onsite staff.
• Provide reports to management, clients, and project teams; communicate status clearly.
