Job summary

The University of Miami Health System is seeking a full-time Radiology Scheduling Coordinator to oversee scheduling workflows, provide daily pending orders, and maintain high service levels for complex imaging exams.

You will support EGAIN, EPIC/UChart/Radiant, and provide QA, training, and performance feedback to scheduling staff, ensuring accuracy of patient data and adherence to policy, while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience in outpatient clinic or admitting department is preferred.
• Ability to manage staff activities and ensure high performance.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling workflow for IR Schedulers.
• Provide daily pending orders and scheduling reports to Radiology administration.
• Monitor call volumes and QA agents; provide weekly reports.
• Lead staff orientation and training in scheduling procedures.
• Edit templates in UCHART/EPIC Radiant as needed.
