Mount Sinai Morningside is seeking a Senior Radiology Manager to oversee administration and operations of the radiology department. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive improvements in efficiency and quality of patient imaging services.

The role requires extensive radiology leadership experience, strong collaboration with clinicians, and a focus on patient safety and performance metrics within a major NYC health system.

Formación

• Graduate of AMA/J.C.E.R.T. approved Radiologic Technology program or equivocal Sonography/Nuclear Medicine program.
• Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive radiology or imaging experience, with 5+ years in management/supervisory roles.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate organization, staffing, and operational activities of the radiology department.
• Lead imaging services across modalities including MRI, CT, ultrasound, nuclear medicine and interventional radiology.
• Supervise radiology staff; oversee scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations (ACR, JCAHO, CMS, HIPAA) and oversee regulatory readiness.
• Develop policies to ensure quality assurance and patient safety.
• Partner with physicians and clinicians to optimize workflow and service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, patient satisfaction, and operational metrics; implement corrective actions.
