Qualifications

• Graduate of a J.R.C.E.R.T. approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).
• 3 years' experience as a radiology technician.
• 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• NY State License (LRT) issued by ARRT; credential as Registered Technologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs work of radiology staff.
• Sets priorities and schedules in response to patient load and equipment status.
• Maintains staff time records and may authorize overtime.
• Trains and evaluates subordinates; ensures quality control and safety.
