Job summary

Mount Sinai Morningside is seeking a Supervisor Radiology to oversee staff during weekends 8a-12a and weekdays 8a-4p. You will supervise, schedule, and ensure radiology procedures are performed safely and efficiently, stepping in as needed to maintain operations.

The ideal candidate has ARRT or NY State LIC, a JRCERT-approved program, and at least 3 years as a radiology tech with 1 year in a leadership role. Join a major academic health system committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a J.R.C.E.R.T. approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3 years experience as a radiology technician and 1 year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs work of radiology staff across shifts.
• Establishes priorities and maintains schedules for patient load and equipment.
• Interviews, hires, disciplines, and trains subordinates.
• Oversees timekeeping, overtime, and staffing.
• Maintains supplies and ensures equipment safety and QC testing.
