Job summary

DeepHealth seeks a Senior Application Workflow Specialist to support complex RIS, PACS, and clinical AI implementations. You will analyze and optimize clinical workflows, advise radiology departments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve diagnostic and operational outcomes and sustained user adoption.

In this role you will conduct workflow assessments, develop strategies for PACS/RIS and clinical reporting, and lead training for radiologists and technologists, guiding teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or related field, or equivalent clinical/radiology experience (required).
• 5+ years in radiology/diagnostic imaging with clinical consulting and customer-facing support.
• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (required).
• Deep clinical and technical understanding of radiology workflows, PACS, RIS, DICOM, and reporting.
• Experience implementing medical imaging software or clinical decision-support systems.
• Engage senior healthcare leaders on clinical workflow assessment, optimization, and adoption outcomes.
• Guide clinical teams through software transitions and workflow redesign.
• Strong communication translating software capabilities into clinical language.
• Experience leading change-management activities including training and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workflow assessments in radiology to identify challenges and improvements.
• Develop documentation for workflow strategies supporting PACS, RIS, and clinical reporting.
• Act as a clinical SME guiding radiologists and admins through change management.
• Lead clinical training for radiologists, technologists, and admins.
• Coordinate with implementation teams to align configurations with workflows.
• Serve as primary clinical workflow resource from kick-off to go-live and support.
• Maintain workflow assessments, future-state designs, and training plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery methods and knowledge base.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Provide updates to key customers to sustain adoption and relationships.
