Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking a Senior Forward Deployment Engineer, DxS, to own end-to-end technical design for the Diagnostic Suite across PACS, Viewer, Reporting, and AI. You will lead discovery with customers and implementation teams, produce design and configuration plans, and guide FDEs to deliver a consistent solution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare IT or clinical systems.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role across enterprise imaging (PACS, viewer, reporting, RIS).
• In-depth knowledge of DICOM and HL7 v2; radiology order-to-report workflow.
• Hands-on configuration of PACS and diagnostic viewers; experience with radiology reporting systems like PowerScribe.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical solution design for DxS across PACS, Viewer, Reporting, integrations and AI.
• Lead discovery with customers and implementation teams; produce design and configuration plans.
• Lead the product-area FDEs and own OS/Core PACS configuration to deliver a consistent solution.
• Coach implementation teams on suite-level configuration standards; maintain reference architectures and playbooks.
• Serve as customer-facing technical lead during go-lives, hypercare and escalations.
