The ideal candidate has 10+ years in electrical hardware design, deep experience with high-speed digital systems, and a strong background in space radiation effects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical hardware design.
• Experience with high-speed digital systems.
• Strong understanding of space radiation environment effects on electronics.
• Active Top Secret security clearance strongly preferred or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and verification of electrical hardware for secure communications systems.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Software, and FPGA teams across the hardware lifecycle.
• Fabricate, assemble, and test engineering-grade hardware.
• Design and wire harnesses, solder components, and integrate sensors for rapid prototyping.
