Red Cedar Ventures is seeking a lead electronics engineer to design hardware for spacecraft electric propulsion systems in Michigan. You will guide architecture, oversee development, and mentor junior engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure qualification and manufacturing success.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering and 3+ years in high-reliability aerospace electronics, with US Person status and hands-on PCB design proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-reliability electronics for space.
• US Person status; able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual design, architecture, and development of electronics hardware for spacecraft electric propulsion systems.

• Support product qualification and manufacturing readiness through design reviews and test campaigns.
