Job summary

RTX is seeking a Systems Engineer to support Naval Radar programs onsite in Massachusetts (Tewksbury or Woburn). The role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. Expect travel up to 10% to various RTX sites and customer locations, with collaboration across disciplines to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems.

You will develop test plans, perform integration, and analyze data to verify requirements, contributing to safe and effective mission systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in systems hardware, systems integration, or systems test.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification in simulated and real environments.
• Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through data analysis and debugging.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems and evaluate functionality.
• Collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues.
• Create integration documentation and communicate results to leadership.
