Qualifications

• Requires degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading a technical effort and overseeing technical cost and schedule performance.

Responsibilities

• Guide a cross-functional team focused on requirements analysis, mission planning, and capability development.
• Evaluate radar data, perform system performance assessments, and manage system requirements.
• Backlog management: refine, prioritize, and translate tasks into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint planning and ensure delivery of milestones and objectives.
• Oversee technical, financial, and schedule execution for the team, including earned value tracking.
