Job summary

RTX in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support Missile Defense Sensors. You will define radar system requirements, design architectures, and collaborate with software teams to ensure proper implementation on-site in Woburn, MA.

You will analyze system performance, identify deficiencies, and prototype algorithms to enhance capabilities across radar, signal processing, and cyber engineering domains. A DoD Secret clearance is required for the role.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Matlab, C/C++, Java, or DOORS.
• Experience with systems analysis, algorithms, requirements development, and/or signal processing techniques.
