RTX is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer for the Missile Defense Sensors department in Woburn, MA. Onsite role requiring DoD Secret clearance; you will lead radar system requirements, architectures, and algorithm development with software teams.

You will analyze performance data, identify deficiencies, prototype improvements, and present plans to leadership and customers. Relevant experience in signal processing and BMC4I concepts is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Matlab, C/C++, Java, or DOORS.

Responsabilidades

• Define radar system requirements and architectures.
• Collaborate with software teams to ensure proper implementation.
• Analyze radar performance data against requirements.
• Prototype algorithms to enhance system performance.
