Job summary

RTX in the United States invites a radar systems engineer to join our on-site team in Fullerton, CA. You will contribute to radar development, requirements allocation, modeling, simulation, integration and flight tests to validate performance.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree with 8+ years in radar or RF systems, proven systems engineering leadership, and experience with C++, MATLAB or Python; advanced degrees and SAFe/Jira/Confluence familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in STEM and 8+ years of experience.
• Experience in radar or RF systems.
• Experience as a Systems Engineer with multiple areas (requirements, design, modeling, test and verification).
• Technical leadership experience.
