Northrop Grumman is seeking a senior radar systems engineer in Maryland to provide system-level technical leadership across multiple radar programs and platforms. You will drive architecture, requirements, and validation efforts for EP radar capabilities, guiding multidisciplinary teams.
The role emphasizes experience with anti-jam techniques, spectrum resilience, and collaboration with customers to shape radar technology roadmaps while contributing to modernization efforts and proposals.
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering required; advanced degree preferred.
- Significant DoD radar experience and a Secret clearance.
- Experience with radar EP capabilities, RF domains, and system integration.
Responsabilidades
- Provide system-level technical leadership across radar programs and platforms.
- Lead architecture and requirements development for EP radar capabilities.
- Plan trades, modeling, and analyses to optimize radar performance, cost, and risk.
- Mentor engineers in RF, digital, software, and algorithms domains.
