Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Baltimore, MD seeks a Staff Systems Engineer to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team. You will lead systems integration and testing for radar programs, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and program management to ensure on-time delivery and system verification.

The role requires a BS in a STEM field, 12 years of related experience (or 10 with a Master’s, 7 with a PhD equivalent), and a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a STEM discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary teams and program leadership preferred.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain SAP access.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PMO point of contact for systems integration & test activities.
• Lead integration, testing & troubleshooting for radar systems engineering programs.
• Support proposal development and new program acquisition efforts.
