The role is onsite in Fort Wayne, involves engaging with customers and stakeholders, and requires prioritizing safety, reliability, and performance in a DoD framework.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM disciplines (Systems, Electrical, Software or Physics) preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in RF system design and signal processing.
• Experience with radar waveform analysis, modulation analysis, and algorithm testing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Define radar system requirements and architecture with a systems engineering team.
• Analyze radar performance against requirements to identify gaps and improvements.
• Prototype/validate algorithms to enhance system capability.
• Present designs and results to peers and customers.
