Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• 8+ years of RF system design, signal processing, radar waveform analysis or algorithm testing.

Responsibilities

• Define radar system requirements and architecture; collaborate with software teams.
• Analyze radar performance against requirements and identify gaps.
• Prototype algorithms to enhance system capability.
• Present results to peers, leadership, and customers.
• Serve as SME to agile software teams ensuring correct implementation.
• Support bid/proposal labor or material estimates.
• Communicate designs and test outcomes to stakeholders.
• Travel up to 20%.
