Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 5+ years of RF/radar experience.
• Experience in radar system design, hardware, software, and firmware elements.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance (U.S. citizen).

Responsibilities

• Define radar system requirements, architecture, and algorithms with the team.
• Analyze radar performance against requirements and identify gaps.
• Prototype new or modified algorithms to enhance capability.
• Present plans and results to peers, leadership, and customers.
• Serve as SME to agile software teams for proper implementation of requirements.
• Contribute to multiple capability areas (e.g., signal processing, modeling).
• Support bid/proposal activities with labor estimates.
• Communicate designs and test outcomes to stakeholders.
• Travel up to 20%.
