Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in RF system design, signal processing, radar analysis, or related fields.
• Experience with radar system development, integration, and test across hardware, software, and firmware elements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Define radar system requirements and architecture; coordinate with software teams for proper implementation.
• Analyze radar performance against requirements and identify gaps for improvement.
• Prototype algorithms to enhance capability and effectiveness.
• Present designs and results to peers, leadership, and customers.
