RTX is seeking a talented and motivated Principal Radar Systems Engineer to join the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Discipline, supporting the LTAMDS and GhostEye Radars. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of the product, from concept to deployment.

Based in Tewksbury, MA with occasional travel to Marlborough or Pelham sites, you will develop radar concepts, processing algorithms, and software requirements, while solving complex performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
• 8 years of prior relevant experience
• Prior experience with radar systems
• Experience with MATLAB/Python/C++

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts of operations for radar systems
• Develop radar processing algorithms
• Develop radar software requirements
• Perform statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data
• Develop analysis tools to identify and resolve problems
• Collaborate with Systems and Software Engineers to implement solutions
• Present findings to Leadership and/or Customers
