Job summary

Raytheon in Woburn, MA seeks a Principal Systems Engineer to join the SE&TC Surface Radars & Sensors Center, supporting radar programs such as AN/TPY-2, EWR, and OTHR. This onsite role requires active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

You will participate in integration/test planning, data analysis, and cross-team collaboration to meet requirements, milestones, and customer needs, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux/Unix.
• Systems engineering, radar data analysis, integration and testing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in integration and test planning and execution.
• Perform verification/validation and scenario-based analysis.
• Complete system performance assessments and validation testing.
• Execute integration plans and testing milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-program leads to test approaches.
• Ensure test processes comply with DoD policies and export laws.
