The role emphasizes radar performance, signal processing, and modeling/simulation to support government stakeholders and ship/ground systems integration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering for defense or radar-related programs.
• Experience across the full lifecycle: requirements, architecture, verification, validation, and integration.
• Strong radar/sensor or defense systems background with performance evaluation.
• Experience with waveform development, clutter management, EMI/EC, and software radar models.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering from requirements through system integration and verification.
• Develop and maintain system specifications and interface documents.
• Support modeling, simulation, and performance analysis.
• Participate in radar integration, testing, and technical reviews.
• Contribute to signal processing efforts including waveform development and EMI/EC considerations.
• Support test planning, execution, and data analysis using MATLAB and lab equipment.
