Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to serve as Product Owner for an Agile radar simulation tool suite in the Long Range Radars domain. Based onsite in Woburn, MA, you will drive backlog, refine epics, and ensure features meet acceptance criteria while coordinating with cross‑functional teams on performance, schedule, and risk management.

You should have a STEM degree with 5+ years in systems/software engineering, strong MATLAB, Python, and C++ skills, and experience in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM field required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in systems/software engineering.
• Experience operating in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive product direction for radar simulation tools within Agile team.
• Own team backlog and translate features into actionable user stories.
• Lead refinement, define sprint goals, and manage scope.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance for SE/TPY-2 scope.
• Develop and execute verification/validation test plans.
